If that's the Lowest number on the gauge,it will be as low as it can go.
I would be more worried if it was going over 200...
sounds like the relay has gone bad.its supposed to run the pump for a few seconds,prior to putting the key in the start position.
when you turn the key on,you should hear the pump run.and once it has stopped,start the vette.
you might want to check out the cross fire injection section on this...

your best bet besides you tube,would be to get a factory shop manual.for the specific year of your corvette.
it will tell you everything you need to know about repairing your corvette!!!
do you want production numbers or the date it was built???
I dont have the info on the 70's.just early 80's
the NCRS website may have the info you are looking for.

if you have a spare battery,use a couple of jumper wires,to power your blower motor.
or disconnect the battery in your vette or one of you cars and jumper the positive and negative sides.
if the blower still works then your vette has a short in it.have you tried putting a fuse in while the...
Try hooking up from a battery that is separate from the Vette and see if it runs.
If you have to take your battery out.
