No is correct, except that any recall that is outstanding would still be covered. You should look up the recall for rocker arms/rollers and check your VIN. This one can trash your engine.

Do not just unplug it. That will disable it but will also set a code in the computer and put a warning on the dash. There are by-pass plugs available from places like Ecklers, Mid-America, and ebay. These plugs show the correct resistance to the computer and avoid the warnings. There are...
