Dealer called back.
They suggested to lower the windows, hold the switch down fot 5 seconds, release and hold for 5 more seconds.
This fixed the driver side window and improved the passenger side window.
Window indexing in the manual only refers to raising the windows not lowering them...

Thanks,
Called the dealer, they are looking into it. They are checking with another dealer that services a lot of Corvettes.
Will post how this turns out.

Tried indexing the windows. Did not seem to help. They go up and seal properly but do not go down all the way. Its not much, but does not seem right.

Just picked up a 2006 convertible. Neither window lowers completely into the door. Driver side is up about 1/2" and passenger side is up about 1/8". Is this normal?
Thanks,

The dealer replaced the card.
I just completed a 4,000 + mile trip from Michigan to New Mexico and back. Used all kinds of different gasoline. Had no problems.
Man I love that car.

Called dealer, this time it is the card on the other side. They have ordered a new one. Will pick up the car tonight so I have it for the week end. (back to counting mileage.)
Next week the transmission gets dropped again and we start all over.
Thanks, I'll try the BG44K after I get the car back. Hear it it good stuff.
I know there was a problem with the fuel system on earlier cars but it was supposed to be solved on the '04. Guess not.
On the first trip to the dealer, they had a C-6 up on a hoist with the transmisson dropped to...
The first part of June the gas gauge on the 2004 C-5 started to jump from full to empty. The problem was a faulty card of some sort in one of the gas tanks. The part was on back order so I was told to keep track of mileage on the trip indicator and fill up when necessary. Not fun on a 2000 mile...
Thanks good tip.
Dropped the car off to replace the fuel card this morning. Dealer called and said they have to drop the transmission to install the card. Does this sound correct? (Their transmission tech wont be in until after 5th of July so I picked up the car.)
This is beginning to be a...
Received a notice from the dealer that the new card is available. Will take the car in first part of the week.
Keeping track of fuel use with the trip indicator is a pain.
The trip to the "DRAGON" was great. Spent 2 1/2 days twisting and turning. The great thing was NO TRAFFIC. I don't know...
I tried to pick up BG44K but two auto parts places never heard of it. They had a wide selection including Techron.
Is there a brand name? Any suggestions before I pick up the Techron?
Thanks

I have a 2004 with 18K miles.
Filled up yesterday and fuel gauge started to jump around from empty to full then back to empty.
Reviewed the archives for info on this. Sounds like a problem prior to mid 2003. Took it to a dealer who said it has a bad "sender card" on the left side. That is...
Thanks Glennm27,
This type of information is the reason I asked the question.
Got the car back and they replaced an "o" ring (89047953) and left axle seal (88996703) and a bolt. Per bulletin.
Looks like I keep an eye on it.
Appreciate the "heads-up"

I have a 2004 C-5. 15K miles
Noticed a small anount of oil (size of golf ball) under rear end (center of car).
It is at a dealership now.
What can I expect? Not looking forward to a call from them.
Thanks,
