No negatives at all. You will notice the Oil Temp running cooler.
You should change the springs as well. The stock springs will be getting close to binding with the extra lift.

This is a common C4 problem. There are no bushings on the throttle shaft. The rod that the butterflies are mounted on are in direct contact with the aluminum TB so the aluminum wears away which lets un-metered air into the intake and causes the butterflies to stick.

I also went with Infinity for the front speakers but I went with JBLs setup like Subs in the rear. (I grew up in the 50s-60s, am 1/2 deaf and love a tight bottom end.) The rear speaker enclosure has lots of room to play with.
