I purchased the build documents for my brother for a birthday. I have yet purchased documents for mine. I will say I was very impressed with the quality of the papers. It was very impressive, and extremely neat to have.
I have a similiar problem with the tonuuea cover of my truck. In cold weather it is a bear to open. The other night I seperated the seal from the cover trying to open it. I beleive I will try whatever is suggested in this thread.
The auction includes "Corvette embroidered floormats with yellow and red accents", what more could a buyer ask for. :W
I do like the response to the question!!
I did mine in an evening. I would recommend if you aren't very familiar with the engine compartment to take lots of pictures during the removal. The plenum and runners can be a pain, but as mentioned well worth it. Use bags contain hardware as removed, and label with detail.
First thing to start with is to check any codes. Is the service engine soon light on during operation? If it isn't, I would pull the codes anyways. After that post up any information. If you don't know how to pull the codes post back.
Yep process of elimination. I had a similiar circumstance. Car was running great, put it away for a few days fire it up, and it is missing. Always start with the easiest simplest fix. I found that I had a plug wire that was resting against the drivers side header, and actually burned thru and...
It's possible that each wheel has a locking lug nut, in which case a tool is required to fit this lug correctly. Could this be the issue?
Welcome to CAC :w
Forgive me if I have missed it, but the EST wire will need to be unplugged to time the car. I didn't see this anywhere in the thread, but will admit I read the last two pages very quickly.
The EST wire is tan.
