I ran a vehicle build sheet in the VISS part of GM dealerworld. our GM website and ZR6 is there. "ZONE SHOW VEHICLE" it is definitley a car show vehicle. It was built on 10-25-2004 order number was HNKGXK GM Prod week #37 Warranty start date is 11/18/2004 It has 2 open campaigns.... #05112...

ZR6 coded show cars most of the time were used for "car shows" like the one in Detroit, Chicago, NY, and Cleveland. They are built for the shows, shipped to the dealer nearest the venue and then used in the show. After the show (at least here in Cleveland) the cars are distributed to dealers...

I have two stock round type mufflers for a 1973 vette, almost new. I also have the pipes from the manifold to the mufflers they are real nice not new and clean like the mufflers but extremely nice if you wanted to polish them up. Im looking for $100 or so for the mufflers and $50 or so for...

Put the $50 for registering the car towards fixing her. Or use that $50 for some liquid libations to enjoy while fixing her. Then enjoy next spring. ;)

tan and black is also the air door solenoid wire that runs throught the core support up the hood to the solenoid...isnt the tcs wire harness off the "main engine" harness? the temp (green wire) is off of the headlight (forward) harness....

pcv valve goes on which side of engine? Pass side gets the fresh air from the air cleaner right.? That side should not be hooked up to a vacumn port correct? or what? I have a PCV valve on my pass side valve cover hooked up to the rear of the carb. is this correct?

Have someone sit in the car while it is running.....Turn the wheels so you can see the rubber hose running to the caliper from the hard line. Have them pump the brakes and watch the hose to see if it expands....

Thanks Dave, my thoughts exactly, I acutally ordered a new yoker yesterday after I posted this question. I thought about welding a ring around the yoke then grinding and polishing, but what a lot of work for a $100 part....;)

The yoke on my 4 speed have a slight groove.....drips a few drops of lube....Someone told me of a sleeve that can go around it to cover the groove. Anyone have any info??? :D

My only advice is to buy your motor from somewhere close to your house, that way if you have problems you have easier access to the source...
