Thanks guys, I have that diagram, but with the elimination of the EGR and AIR plumbing, can I just put a line from the plenum to the FPR? I do have a FSM, I didnt however look at the elimination procedure to isolate the drop in pressure. Will get on that tomorrow afternoon.

Now with most of the plumbing from the AIR system removed, what do I do for a vacuum line at the FPR? Also, did a leak test on the fuel system and it dropped from 36 to almost zero in a few seconds. Time for new injectors? WAS going to call FIC, just havent had the chance yet. Car is bucking at...

Hey all, while replacing the engine, I replaced the speed sensor and the green gear behind it that was missing when I took it apart. Took it out for a short spin around the block and I noticed I still dont have an operating speedometer. Any ideas or suggestions on this? Thanks in advance :w

I didnt drain the old gas...it was in a heated garage and I only stopped driving it in November, so I figured the gas couldn't be bad.

Fuel pressure gauge is pretty inexpensive at Harbor Freight right now. (14.99). I just bought one and it worked great. My 86 ran good when i parked it, changed the engine and it wouldnt start (See new engine, no start thread) come to find out, fuel pump went bad while parked! Good luck!
