Difference between blend door, actuator, and HVAC programmer

Good luck, grimacing thinking of the job ahead of you. Replaced one in an 89 I had and it wasn't fun. Friend said the car is built around the heater core and thus it is part #000001.

    source for cloth seats (stock)

Is the material worn out or the seat itself shot? Had an 89 up until a year ago that the leather had worn badly and ended up getting seat covers from a place in California called Iggees. Was really pleased with the fit and look. Price was reasonable (this was about 10 years ago). Just a thought...

    Stereo/Cig lighter wiring problem

I believe I've seen people post about places that refurbish radios, might be worth a shot rather than buying a new one.

    Vacation Plans

If it were me, I'd hit the Baseball Hall of Fame (Cooperstown,NY, not too far from Niagra) and heading back to Kansas, I would hit Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Not sure if y'all are as big a sports fan as I and my wife, just chiming in. :)

    Window inoperable

Thanks for the advice and link, dadaroo, appreciate it. That crossed my mind last night when I was replying..and being that I don't have a garage, just a cover, I think I will wait until I have a reman'ed or new motor and time before I try giving it a bop.

    Window inoperable

Got in my 99 this morning and found that my passenger side window is inoperable, both from the control on drivers and passenger side. When I hit the down button, I get a click(in passenger door) and a slight dimming of the interior/exterior lights. As I said, this just happened and I will look...

    Help! VATS a problem

Inserting the door key and unlocking didn't turn the alarm off? Have a msg on my phone from when I first got my 89 and the alarm went off on my wife and she didn't know how to turn it off. 5 minutes of screaming and cussing with cars honking at her as she drove home with the alarm going off. I...

    Fuel Leak (front )

Do you have a FSM? I moved up from an 89 to a 99 last spring and have a well used service manual that I will give you for $20 and shipping. Had another guy interested in buying it a few weeks ago but he dropped off the face of the earth. As you can see, its well used, but complete. PM me if...

    Help! 1995 Corvette Problems

Had that problem on a C4 I had and it turned out to be the battery. Clean/tighten connections on battery and see if that helps..if not, have the battery tested.
