    My first Corvette wave

Yeah I haven't been getting a lot of wave backs lately. Either people are not aware of the wave, or they simply just do not see it in time.

    looking for sensor

You can get the exhaust tube from them too if yours needs replaced. I know on mine the wrapping was peeling off of it.

    VO1 option

What is the difference between the heavy duty radiator and the standard one?

Not sure I know exactly what you are referring to, but is this it? C4 Corvette EGR Switch and Harness Replacement Kit 1985-1989 - Mid America Motorworks

    power seat motor

What is the cutoff for early, and late 87's?

    power seat motor

Yeah I have tried to sit in the seat and gently rock back and forth. Going forward and backward trying to free it up to get it to slide all the way back.

    power seat motor

I was doing a little spring cleaning on the vette and wanted to vacuum behind and under the seats as much as I could. Well I have dual power seats and they both went forward, but the passenger side seat now wont go back. It is stuck all the way forward. It still will go up and down and rotate...

    Now I confused myself.

I would think the L98 is easier to work on. That and they are torque monsters I'd rather have an L98 then an LT1 equipped vette any day. Either way its still a Corvette :D

Question: Will opening up an exhaust cause power loss?

If you run straight open exhaust it will be very loud at WOT. After a while it gets to be to much.

Help! C4 Cold Start Problem... Please Help!

Or just pull a plug and leave it in the wire boot. You can also see how good of a spark you are getting by what color it is.

Help! to many G's? not enough fuel?

That is exactly what it is. My brothers 86 does this. I do not know why mine does not though. I would not recommend running it that low though. You might risk burning up your fuel pump.

    Bolt On Horsepower Calculation

I have it on mine. You wont get the 30 some odd HP they claim, but at higher speeds its somewhat noticeable. If it does nothing more its a lot more aesthetically pleasing then the stock unit.

    Question: C68 Electronic Climate Control

Yeah I know mine needs cleaning. Half the time the display will not light up and I have to push the buttons several times to get the readout.

    Question: C68 Electronic Climate Control

I think mine drops down to one or zero, not sure. I wondered about that to, all the temp settings stay the same but the fan speed does not.

Final thoughts on changing old auto tranny fluid...destroys tranny or not?!?!

I did a complete trans flush after I bought my vette 5 years ago. It ran me around 100 bucks but the entire system was flushed out and replaced with new. If you just drop the pan you cant get what is in the converter.

    Tach problems.

I just don't understand how it reads fine until 3000 RPM's then drops to zero, then will register the RPM's when they fall bellow 3000.

    muffler eliminators

I don't mind it since most times I would rather listen to the exhaust then the radio ;). But at WOT I can't hear the radio, or hear a person talking on the phone if I am on the phone. But at normal driving speeds under 2500 RPM's it isn't bad at all. And with the high flow cat your going to...

    Tach problems.

I had a problem with my 87 running really rough, so I replaced the the plugs, wires, cap coil etc with all MSD stuff, and ACdelco plugs. Well after the replacement I noticed my tach would only read up to 3 thousand RPM's then immediately drop down to 0, then read again then the RPM's came back...
