It does make some difference with the top up. Mainly it keeps things in the storage behind the seats from going to the back of the trunk and out of reach.

I still prefer good old soap and water and knowing it's clean.
Washing it by hand doesn't take that long. With the sprayer you might save 3-4 min and most likely still finish by washing sections by hand and you still have to dry it off anyway. It seems that no matter how many gadgets they come...
The battery discussion brings up the problem most Vette's have or have had. The factory battery starts to leak after a year or two and eats the battery tray and continues down to the main computers (big$$$$). Have the dealer check the condition of the tray and under it in case it was replaced...

Sounds like you have a nail that leaks air when you happen to park with the nail on the ground. I had this problem and drove me nuts. Found the nail, repaired the tire and no more problems. This will at least give you something to look for.

I think a Vette is one of the few cars that could do that kind of miles. He would be real tired of driving if it was any other type of car.

Think.........GHL I think they sound great but most aftermarket systems do sound and perform better than the factory.
Find a local Vette club, go to a meeting and talk to them and maybe listen to a few different types.

I had a similar problem after I had the battery replaced. The shop sat the battery down on a vacuum line (in the battery box), that controlled the drivers side vents. It also showed left side error codes for the vent doors. The line should run next to the box but somehow got under the battery...
