has anyone ever hard-wired an accessory like a radar detector or a g-tech to the auxiliary power wires under the console? im thinking about running my satellite radio with that so my radar detector can run off the cig lighter.
i get 16-17 miles. i could do better. once the doctor removes the lead from my foot. if you got 3.07 or lower, going 3.42 or 3.55 or anything middle ground like that will dissapoint you. if your gonna do it, then do it. but i wouldnt go higher than 373 with a d36. mileage between a 342, 355, or...
i had 3.07's in my d36 with auto tranny. i went up to 3.73's. big difference. i dont chirp second, i spin through second. mileage did go down but if you wanna play, ya gotta pay.
ive searched the forums but i cant get a straight answer. will a 255 sized tire work safely on a 9.5 rim? goodyear and firestone web sites think so. what about you guys?
i know very little about cams but i always thought (heard) that the hot cam grind was not all that aggressive. am i wrong? i would love to pick up a kit from gm perf parts if i am. along with some 1.6s'. i say this before god and everybody; I, regalniz, do solemnly swear not to drop another dime...

in this months corvette fever the editor recomended spraying brake cleaner on the maf, wire and all, to clean it. owner was having drivability problems. would any of you guys do this?
i second the brillo pad method. brillo pads also work wonders on the upper and lower a-arms. my girlfriend bought some arm and hammer sponge things for the house. they work great removing spots and marks from walls, doors. etc. anyway i tried it on the seats and doors of the vette. looks...
has any one heard anything about MSD's new optispark. summit and jegs are selling the cap and rotor for around 150 bucks. im at 59k miles so i think im gonna go for this when i do a full tune up.
when you take off the stock gm air filter housing you will see a flat board or panel underneath. the air filter rests on it. they say these cars are bottom breathers. thats not entirely true. air does hit the radiator and ac condenser, but air does not hit the air filter. you have to cut that...
i bought it. the price is worth the wow factor when i pop open my hood. i cut out a portion of that panel that lies underneath. so now there is air flowing directly into the 3 filters. its fiberglass. wear gloves.
i had the same problem with my 94. the window came unsealed and every where i went they said there is no fix. everything they tried was a temporary solution. so i sucked it up. bought a new top with a glass window and all new weather stripping. i had it installed and i couldnt be happier with...
