The '96 Bose Gold system has a CD player and cassette. It takes the same dash space, but I don't know if there is any wiring/connector difference with the "premium sound" speakers. Shouldn't be.

The wide tires have to be balanced much more often than normal widths. The balance seems to be constantly changing throughout the life of the tire. Re CD player: Remember not to leave CDs in the Bose during summer heat. There is a small rubber piece on the head that can fuse to the CD, ruining the unit.
