    Pretty much, because I ordered it to be that way, I measured what I had, gave em the specs, and the next week I had my pipe. It needed some fabrication (cause its shorter than the resonator) and welding, but its not a big deal. Cost me about 170 bucks

    200-230 sounds like what stock vettes run. My 96 ran that way till I reprogrammed the fans to come on sonner (160 primary, 193 secondary) and removed my thermostat.

    Yes, those little "angel hair" wires in the middle are pretty sensitive. Whenever I did anything to my MAF, I always took the ends off of it, laid the sensitive center plastic section aside, and then went to work.
