finishing up my 65 convertible and not sure about the orientation of the aligment wedges...i know the plastic ones go on the body and metal on the doors and decklid, but not sure on the plastic ones where the round end goes and on the metal ones where the wider side goes...i was in windsor...

what size cragar's and tires did you go with?...i just put torq thrust D's in chrome on my 65, replacing the 67 ralleys with uniroyal tiger paw tires..have any trouble sizing the?...i sure did..i also have a set of torq thrust II's, 15x8 to sell....great condition, know anyone intereste?

i'm putting torq thrust D's in chrome on my 65 and would like to get the proper tire size to match what it came with in 65, so my speedo is accurate and it sits the same...anyone know what size to get or what the correct diameter tire would have been in 65?..i'm using 205/75's on 67 rally wheels...
i have the steering column out of my 65 and figured i might as well replace the rag joint since i don't know how old it is....ordered a kit from corvette central and it's one of the "help" label ones....any tricks to doing it?...it looks pretty straight forward.....i already have the joint off...

redoing my guage cluster and wondering if my wiring harness behind is routed properly....it just looks like it should stay above the main horizontal brace that the steering column bolts to...anyone know or have pictures?...thanks
redoing my guage cluster and going to replace the oil pressure line...the one now is plastic, is this correct or should it be copper?...are the copper ones a pain not to kink installing?...i see corvette central has itin copper, as good as any?...thanks

hi, this whole issue is driving me to drinking (more)..i have a 65 convertible, all stock with ralleys off a 67 on it...i want to go with torq thrust II's also...i bought a set of perfect 15x8's with the bfg radial t/a's that were on a stock 66 with no problems...they are too tight for my 65...
anyone know where to get the 257 flashing bulbs for the dash cluster in a '65?..they're for the parking brake and headlights...i ordered some from carquest but they don't flash...looked at them and they're a T257, carquest says the T makes no difference, all i know is these don't flash...thanks
what lube should i use on my tach and speedo cables?...it's a 65 if that makes any difference...and yipeee, it's almost cruising season!!!....thanks for any tips
i bought a set of 15x8 torq thrust II's for my '65 that a guy had on a '66, he claimed no rubbing but they're too tight for my comfort...i'd like to get 16" too but not sure of the sizing...if i find out i'll let you know and would appreciate if you'd do the same...thanks
