Where do the lines hook up from the charcoal cannister? I know one goes to the gas tank but my other line off of the cannister has been disconnected. Where would it go?

I have an eldebrock 1406 carb on my 74 350. All of a sudden the engine will not idle and I have fuel pouring out of the bottom carb shafts on both sides of the carb. What gives? A stuck float? Should I rebuild the carb or buy a new one? Thanks for any help.

Has anyone installed a Edelbrock Performer EPS yet? If so, is the performance any better than the 2101 Performer? I am trying to decide whether to install the EPS 2701 or the 2101 on my 74. Edelbrock claims the EPS is better than the 2101 in their advertisements.
