    69 Wont Start

    Place your voltmeter + to the Battery neg. terminal. Place the voltmeter - to a good clean metal spot on the block. Crank the engine. Ideally the voltmeter should read zero volts. Current through the ground cable should produce zero volt drop if the cable and all connections are good

    The gas small is bad when the tank is full ? Gets better as the tank empties ? I was missing the lower part of the seperator and it reeked of gas until the tank got below 3/4 full ..............

    Answering the light issue, if all the lights are off you would not think bulbs. Probably "a" bad ground.     I took my qcarburb to a good carb rebuilt shop that had equipment to dail in the "idle mixture " along with the overall mixture through the proper jets to produce the factory 365 hp @ 460 ft/lbs. That was 5 years ago . She runs well in the heat of summer but my god she LOVES the Fall !!!!!
