Because the catalogue says 84 to 96 can be very misleading, some years of the C4's have had unique parts good for that year only, parts are no longer available or are hard to find without a lot of searching. You can always try to make the part work for you though. Be careful out there, have fun...
The above post is correct 9.5" are stock 17" rims and if you go with the 10.5" rims they may stick out 1/8" out of the wheel well if you do not adjust the backspacing properly. Now there is another can of worms openend up for you to research! :beer
It really depends on what you want to do with the car and how handy you are. The bias spring isn't required and the brake lines are the ones from the steel lines to the caliper. They are rubber now and replacing them can give you a little more firmer feel in the pedal, they do not expand like...
Brake upgrade
Your 17" wheels will accept the C5 upgrade. I don't have any pictures here (i'm at work) but I track my car and felt that a little improvement would help in being able to get into the corners a little faster.
It was just a remove and bolt in procedure after I had acquired all...

Does this seem right? Am I...
I'm lost again, do you mean that there is another bracket that I need to replace on my 88? Do I need to replace the bracket that is holding my soft top on now with another bracket that the one shown in the picture would bolt to?
Sorry, I have been at this for a few weeks and it just dosen't...
Thanks Chris,
I have a picture of the bracket at home which I can send later tonight. I really was looking at this the wrong way and will have to take a better look at my car tonight! Thanks for all the help so far!!!!

Hi Chris, Is it possible to send a picture of the brackets that you atached to the B-pillar were the soft top is attached?
I have contacted Just Corvettes and talked to Dan On Saturday morning he has no brackets left and he thinks in another month or so he will have some made.
I have a set...
I have the piece to fit on the top of the windshield and I know I have to swap out the rear deck latches for the ones with a welded nut installed.
The problem now is the b-pillar brackets that GM made to retrofit for a 1988 vert, since the hardtop only came out in 89. I'm trying to locate a...
