53 Blue Flame, I believe that would be a excellent enhancement, I recently saw a pic of one at Bloomington with a young girl inside and it looks cramped.

I met the owner of the 53 #66 that was restored within the last year or two, I believe that he is the second owner and he drives it like he stole it !

P.S. I noticed that he is selling a repro 53 valve cover ,maybe he is parting out the repro...
When it is determined which car is the real #29, what could possibly happen to the "fake #29 " , would it be impounded and sold at auction and be registered as a "kit car " if it is impossible to determine what the real vin is ? :confused

I did better than you, the first couple of months they would call back, later I insisted that I hold until I could talk to someone, that lasted three months then after more $$$ the issue was solved.

Vette1966. You are correct , all of the replacements backs that I have seen have that grainy textured look.
