Here are some pics of a 1/4" drain hole I put in during the 4.10 gear install I did last year. I used a anodized aluminum allen socket type picked up from the local speed shop.

If it is from a 94 C4 a Dana 44 with 3.45 ratio you should have 605491-3 stamped on the bottom of the case along with the part list number 101638872, gear ratio, ring and pinion gear tooth count and date of manufacture. Where where the numbers you provided located?

I was looking over the photo of USA1-ZR1's super clean underbody of his 93 Ruby and noticed his had spring protector covers...
Looking for a pair of five spoke A-Mold 17x11 ZR-1 wheels with +36mm offset. Either GM OEM or aftermarket replicas. Prefer silver painted but will also consider chromed or polished. Don't have to be perfect looking cosmetically, just straight and true with no structural issues.
The aluminum Dana 44 HD rear end was also used in the early and mid year Vipers.

Since I first posted this in April I managed to snagged a set 1994 red factory manuals in good condition off of Ebay where I also picked up the LT5 supplement.
Now I am all set.
