Will a stock 1994 ZR1 run with a stock Ferrari F355?

The 94 ZR-1's 2.2 liter cylinder displacement advantage would eat the F355 alive on the drag strip and more than hold its own on a high speed oval track. However, I believe the somewhat lighter mid-engine F355 would have the edge on a tight road course especially the later paddle-shift automatic gearbox versions.
