There's a few coming to the larger dealers in Miami. It seems to be a better deal to get one of these if you could at the right price, than to add the packages on to a regular Z06............they bump the cost to nearly 100k. And only the add on aero distinguishes them on a black car for exampole.

This color looks so much better in person.....I saw a ZR1 and a GS near here last week and they looked very good in person. It seems to be very difficult to photograph this color "realistically". So it must be hard to promote a color [ like the Inferno Orange also] that is so difficult to portray.

My good friend and super nice guy in the famous capsule car by Smokey Yunick entry Indy 1964...... and his own entry in 1965. He got me into this crazy auto/racing aftermarket business when I was a kid. What a good guy !!

Believe it or not.........Dadeland Chevrolet in Miami had 10 [yes 10] GS's in stock when I went by to look last Sunday....including a yellow one and a white convertible. They were all marked down at least $2000 from sticker with a yellow tag on the dash. They had more than 20 new Corvette cars...

Damn !! No one in SoFla would touch that price. They are very rare here still, while every dealer is sitting on Z06's.

The Ford GT is eligible for at least 2 more years by the worldwide FIA/ACO rules that govern this race [ACO], and ALMS [FIA]. The real question is why were the Maserati MC12 [less than 50 ever built] and the Saleen S7R[less than 50] granted waivers by the FIA to race for another year in GT1...
