Sorry, should have been more clear, If you start to get resonance you can go up or down a gear and change RPM's to stop it. Resonance is usually induced at a certain RPM say 1800-2200 that is why it can be worse in an auto as that's about the normal rpm in drive at speed.
I would get it up on some jack stands or a lift if possible, check and shake everything you can. Sounds like an maybe a issue with a wheel bearing on u-joints possibly a bad rotor . Hope you find it keep us posted.

Get a Service Manuel, you can find them on e-bay for about $100. If you have never changed the injectors that will be a must do. Check the fuel pressure. The ZR-1 also has two fuel pumps. Good luck
The big silver box behind the battery is the ECM (Computer) Really don't remember the others but I'll see what I can find. If need better pics let me know I'll get some. The large silver one on the right center I think is the anti-theft relay, one may be a fuel pump relay...
Could be many reasons, worn out suspension parts, wrong size wheel, damage to the rear. get it up on a lift and check it out. Have you ever had a 4 wheel aliment done?
