I had the battery checked since it is only 4 months old. The negative cable was about
1/4 of a turn lose. Tightened it up but my battery guage still was only 13.2 and 4 while driving.
I put on all power options and it went to 12.9
I do have a 383 stroker motor...
I have a 4 month old better in my 2003 Z06 and have not started the car for 2 weeks.

HUD 2003 Corvette C5
Dadaroo thank you for the great advice.
I found a HUD out of a 2003 c5 that was rear ended and totaled.
I paid 200 for the entire unit including the dimmer switch.
It took me a little over 10 hours since this is the 1st time I ever pulled apart a dash.
I videotaped...
I ordered a used hud with car that had 8 k miles on it.
But my problem is, the mirror is not broken the motor goes up and down
and the hud light comes on for 1 second when turning ignition key.
Could it just be the dimmer switch or is it better to change it all out.
Does the entire dash have to...
Thank you
Dadaroo thank you. I paid 300 for one out of a c5 with low miles for 300.

How many hours do you think it wlll take?:w
My Hud went out 2 days ago and the motor works and when I turn the key to on position
without starting it the light comes on for 1 second then goes out.
Could it be the dimmer switch or the entire unit?
I know it would not be to hard to put the dimmer switch in but I ave the chance to get a...

oil level
Thank you for your fast repley and have a couple of more questions.
My engine oil level is just right below the hash mark and should it be at the top or middle. So right below the hash mark would that be a quart?
