Thanks Hib, It's the gear box , is that 75w90 synthetic or otherwise and is the tranny considered a syncromesh? I've had issues with synthetic lubes leaking where there was no leak before. The straight gear lube says it for non-syncromesh trannies, I'm confused Thanks in advance

Hi everyone it's been a while, My question..............What lubricant did the 88 4spd B/W Super T-10 trans. come with from the factory, it's too old for synthetics that leak. Local Chevy dealer did not find that info and neither can I..Any input will be app. Thanks

Hi, C4C5 spec, I'll make it quick, I replaced master/slave cyl and hose on my 88, after we bled the sys. the car won't start, seems like the VATS sys, everything comes to life but there's no click, nothing at the started which isn't that old, no codes, where's the first place to look, LOL I...

Battery is good, jumpered saftey switch still no start everything works won't start/crank

Hi, Hey I have a 1999 Torch Red coupe for sale, all the bells and whistles, is new with 10,300 pampered miles, I'll take $19,500.00 for it, why buy a vehicle with 117,000mi when you can have an un used one for a few bucks more. I have all supporting paper work, it's a beauty....

Also check for crap in between radiator and condenser, I bought a squeaky clean 1988 coupe about ten years ago and going over it I found that area half filled with leaves, lottery tickets, cig wrappers and feathers....looked like a vacuum cleaner bag that needed to be emptied.
