My "new" '04 Arctic White/Light Oak/ Coupe/Auto was just dropped off about an hour ago. Reading the manual now. Seems like alot of stuff. The top is the "clear blue" one. Built on 3/3/04 small dealer had it tucked away since January 8800 miles on it.

Read the manual first!

When I drove mine home the first time, I couldn't figure out how to turn the wipers off!:L

Congrads..Did you have to do the control arm nut/washer recall...If your Vin Number falls between these numbers(last 8 numbers of your Vin) you have to do it...or they will just do it automatically whenever you bring it into a GM/Chevy dealer:D

2004 Chevrolet Corvette between 45118579 and 45127798(recall needed):)

Oh wait a second...I think yours was built before the recall...you lucky MF...;LOL:upthumbs

Enjoy the '04:beer

Pics, we need more pics of white 'Vette's!!!:D

Hi wwr -

Congrats - very classy color choice IMO.

I thought I was the only one who read the manual front to back...several times! :L

After you finish that one, I suggest the three volume service manual...:D

best regards -

Definitly read the manual - I left the dealer with our new red coupe in rush hour and rain. The dealer gave me a credit ticket for a tank of hi-test. I had to pull the manual out to figure out how to open the gas door.

Congratulations! I took delivery of my 'new' 2000 coupe a month ago and it's far and away the nicest car I've ever owned. But, just like you, I read the manual cover to cover before driving it around. There are a lot of quirks that you would not understand if you didn't read the manual. Just try to open the glove box between the seats ... and yes, it does open to 90 degrees ... once you figure it out! I love this car, so will you.

Took three of us to get the 12 CD changer working, and that was with the manual!!!!
It's amazing what you find out when you read ... ;LOL
