I have a CAGS (1-4 shift) eliminator on my Trans Am. They are great!

For your Vette... as it so happens the kit is about $24

Corvette Cags, "Skip Shift", Plug Seal Set, 6-Speed, 1997-2010

Hope that is what you are looking for.

I don't understand all of the issues around CAGS, I have owned numerous GM 6 speeds with CAGS, my C4 had it and so does my current C5. All you have to do is accelerate like you should be in a 'vette and it never interfers...you are just driving it too softly.

That is a good point but I do not have an issue with it from my post....
but my ole lady says to get rid of it... She is a 50 year old lady and drives like one. Guess she is afraid she is going to wreck it so slow she goes...:)
For her I will delete it and she can enjoy the ride too.
Thanks,
Neil

OK, got it, you definitely need to keep her happy, I understand, been with mine for 30 years. Happy driving!

Tomorrow will be our 34th, and yes, you have to keep them happy.
