will 18 inch wheels fit on the front of my car without spacers or anything? Sorry for all these annoying tire questions.

which z06's......c5's came stock with 17" up front if i'm not mistaking???

I'm almost 100% sure that the C5 Z06's all came wth 18's all the way around.

No all C5's, z06 or otherwise, came with 17's in front and 18's in back. It was width of the tire that varied I believe.

Sorry, not correct. My '02 Z06 has 17" wheels up front and "18 on the back. Bioscache2 is correct.

You need to be REALLY careful with the size's, as bluecoupe says, if you decide to change to 18". It is very easy to mess up the computers if you don't keep the 5% tire size delta.
My personal feeling is that it will spoil the overall look.
The only place that looks good is on trucks like "BIG FOOT".
Just my .02.......:beer:w:w

Might put that on my car tag - Thanks! hmmm ... BIG FOOT....

hahahahaha

I have HRE 18's on all corners with no problems at all.

Not a good picture, but gives you an idea of the appearance.

18's with a big tire in the rear still looks good, about a 275/35/18 up front and a 295/35/18 in the rear, no tubbing. Or run 18's front and 19's rear.

or jump up to a set of 20 rear and 19 fronts:

These front wheels are 18x9.5 with 265x35 rubber on them.
Rears: 19x11 with 295x35
No problem.

Looks great...more filling!!

By the way atmmac, both you and Rain definitely have the right color C5!

Regards,
Pedro

Black is sharp - But its a "way of life" trying to keep it clean! hahahaha

Best thing Ive done is flush mount the tail lights- no more dirt collecting in the rear like before.

(great looking rotors and calipers, Pedro!)

Have you posted a picture, Rain? I would like to see how that looks.

Don't think I've photographed the car since I did that mod

but, here is how I did it:
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/273882/10

6) 1" L X 1/2 W X .194" Hole Size Nylon Spacers
(6) 1/4" L X 1/2" W X .194 Hole Size Nylon Spacers
(8) #8 x 2" Zinc Pan Head Screws
(1) Frost King Rubber Foam Weatherseal 3/8" W X 5/16" Thick x 10' Long (Adheasive backed)(I got the black weather stripping)

Simply unscrew tail lights, clean, put weather stripping around the tail light (where the red casing meets the black casing of the light) insert new screws and spacers on back side, screw back into mounting hole.

-The two center lights get one 1" spacer on each screw.
-The outside lights get three 1/4" spacers on each of the outer most
screw
-The inner screw on the outside most lights get one 1" spacer.
-Fit so the weather stripping looks good and screw them back in!

1" spacers $4.77
1/4 Spacers $3.42
Weather stripping $3.98
Pan head screws $.98

Z06 stock sizes are 17" front & 18" rear :beer

The reason i was asking was because i found a good deal on 4 18's but i ended up getting chrome Z06 wheels in C5 sizes so i can keep my stock tires/pressure sensors.

Thanks for all your help..
By the way black looks awesome clean but dirty.......
-Andy
