Had the old 1961 Corvette back from paint and body for more than a year now and just got the money to move onto interior and chrome stuff. Wondering what company does nice rebuilds on clocks for a 1961? Haven't decided on whether I want to change over to a quartz movement yet so input on that would be appreciated. The car is not a bloomington gold show car so that is not one of my concerns. Thanks for the input.

Best thing about the quartz is that they use a whole lot less power, so the drain on the battery is very little. Good thing if you don't start and run your Corvette all the time.

Clockworks (www.clockwks.com) does nice work at fair prices with quick turnaround. If the car isn't going to be judged, you'll probably be happier with a quartz movement.
