1965 Coupe Steering wheel shake

Am experiencing a shake/wobble in wheel. Front tires have been balanced and ball joints/bearings/tie rod ends okay. It has power steering which was rebuilt a few years back. I would like info on how to properly adjust the steering box. Thx Mike D

The correct procedure for proper adjustment of the steering gear is shown in detail in Section 9 of the 1963 Corvette Shop Manual (the '65 Shop Manual is a supplement - it also requires the full 1963 Manual for complete coverage). Note that if this procedure is performed incorrectly, it can damage the steering gear, requiring replacement. :thumb
