1967 Vette VIN ?

Hello, I just got a 1967 Vette. VIN 19437S101735, can anyone give me some info on that vin. Thanks
 
It's a coupe. It's the 1735th. one built. That's all you can tell from the VIN. Chuck
 
Well, actually you can also tell from the VIN you posted that a digit is missing.

You might want to re-check it. It's probably just a typo in your post.
 
agree that there is a "7" missing from that VIN if a 67, also agree that you can't tell much from the VIN alone, but the production number portion of the VIN (01735) does give you the ability to come up with a "birthday" of sorts for the car, i.e. when it left the line and got shipped out.

Sept 27, 1966 "birthday" - this date (among others) is key when assessing other dates for component originality.
