1970 Convert 4 sale 427/390 hp, 4 speed
1970 convertible, red/black. Originally a 350/350 car, was modified to a 67 427/390 Corvette engine sometime in 70's. Car has been stored since 1986, until 2 months ago. Engine runs great, car drives, but is a project car. Actually car is in good shape, needs minor body work(bumped in rear by In law), and painting. Needs seats redone, but interior is good and just needs TLC and cleaning. Car has side pipes and Crager mags w/knockoffs, with surface rust on chrome. The 1983 title shows 42,000 miles+/- and car was stored in 1986...now showing 45,000+/- miles...I believe to be actual miles.
I understand that the engine alone is very valuable dur to the date codes, so if you are a purest, sell the moter and convert back to original.
