Question: 1973 Convertible seatbelts

I've got a '73 vert and I'm wondering if the shoulder belt portion of the seatbelt assembly is a rare thing for that year of Corvette. Any insight out there?

Only 768 of the 4943 convertibles built in the '73 model year had shoulder belts- people and guvvamints were not as obsessed with safety back then.
