1973 Turn siginal problem

Hi everyone. All of my lights work, including the 4 way flashers, whose switch is inside the turn signal switch, I put a new flasher in the fuse box, the 4 ways also work with this flasher.I took the stering wheel off , removed the switch and inspected it , it seems like all conections are being made inside the switch, but I can't see everything. I figure if the 4 ways work then the turn signals should also. What else could it be? , I'm still thinking about putting in a new turn signal switch, what do you guys think ?

The turn signal 'flasher' unit is under the passenger side dash. The 4 way flasher unit is on the fuse panel. Common mistake.
