1976 L-48 Engine Timing

I don't have a book or a sticker on my 1976 L-48 with Auto transmission to tell me what the engine timing should be. Can anyone help?

My book shows 8 degrees before TDC @ 500 RPM with advance disconnected for all L48 engines.
