Help! 1981 for sale look before skipping

Lots done to this vette, have receipts for all. Highlights are new GMZZ4 engine 350HP only 20,000 miles, a 700R4 transmission maybe 10 hours, new brakes, a full rebuilt front suspension, and the interior is 95% complete. Fun and fast you will love to drive this car. The only think left is paint, no major damage just old paint, and needs two new rocker panels. I have reduced the price to 8000 dollars. I have found out more people care about looks over running great.
