I noticed that where the hose connects to the actuator their was rust and pitting on the actuator and inside the hose. The end of one actuator was almost rusted off. Also you could here little particles ( probably rust) inside the actuator when you shake it .I am going to go ahead and change the actuators and put on new hoses this should solve most of the problems.
