1984 400 horsepower

I have a 1984 completely stock as far as I know just bought it in the last 6 months. I am wondering what is the best way to get her up to 400 hp. or if it even possible can you give me some solutions??

It's a small block Chevy; it can be done. The hard part would probably be to get the driveline to handle it.

And with the short C4 wheelbase, it'd probably be a handful to drive.
