1984 C4 Wont Start

Hey all,


Just bought an 84 that refuses to start for me now. She has a new 600ca batter and was starting just fine 3 days ago when I put it in. When I get into the car the security light flashes and cuts off (I leave the doors unlocked), I sit down and turn the key and nothing happens; all the electronics activate but I she just won't start. The voltage is reading 11+/-. I removed the "10" fuse from behind the dash to kill the security system hoping that was the issue with no luck. Also I have an after market battery disconnect switch installed to save the battery.


Any suggestions as to whats going on with her? Thank you all.

I would post a little more information. Battery 11 volts + or - isn't acceptable. Security light on could be an indicator of battery failure. Again, more information would help.
