Fuel spark air. Verify you are getting gas at schrader valve. Then check for spark. Verify the wires on driver side of the distributor are plugged in as well

Why did you replace the ECM? Need a little more info.

I struggled with the VATS on my car whenever one won't start I immediately think of that as a possible issue.
