The previous owner of our 1990 replaced the original but defective Bose Gold unit with a Pioneer stereo which caused no end of problems. (I'll describe that in another post). So, wanting to get the car back to original condition, I got a working 1990 Bose Gold unit and a replacement speaker assembly for one which was dead, we then reconnected all four speaker sets to the original harness which was thankfully left in place, and then found that the antennae connector which fitted the Pioneer stereo was too big to fit into the antennae connection on the receiver. I had thought that these things were made to a universal standard but I go that wrong. Ergo, I need either an adaptor, or better yet, an original Male antennae connector to complete the job. Can anyone out there help me with this?. Because of the very limited space at the receiver which is cleverly hidden behind the passenger side fuse box, we can't jury rig anything and I desperatly need the proper connector. Please? OK, how about "Pretty Please"...James
