Help! 1992 corvette

When I turn on my right turn signal all my lights flash even the green light for the heater,
done every thing I know but nothing worked

found problem

someone before I bought car had put a single element bulb in rear brake light socket. It was causing a short in the socket when you turned on blinkers or hit brake thank you for letting me ask for help

93 vette has short ars and abs light is on

battery was dead charged it up started vette ars and abs light were on next day vette was dead charged battery again pulled off neg battery term use test light there is a short somewhere while the test light was still hooked up i pulled all fuses and test light stayed on hooked batt term back up and ars and abs light is still on

So you had the test light measuring the voltage between the negative cable and the negative terminal? That test doesn't really prove anything.
It sounds like you have a something draining the battery.
To find it you'll need to connect a ammeter between the cable and the terminal. And pull fuses until the current drops. I would expect to see a couple of hundred mA from the ecm and other circuits that are always running.
