I have a 1996 CE with a few problems hoping minor. I more of a bikr person this is my everyday driver for work and gas milage.
When i start it in the mornings sometimes it sounds a little rough on idle and sounds like an exhaust leak but as it warms up it sounds normal. Makes me wonder if cat is bad and forcing air out before it??
And i get the rotten egg smell also making me think i have a bad cat.
Or is it maybe a air pump problem???
Drove to Dallas last weekend from KC and averaged 24.4
Next question when im driving down the highway with heat or ac controls off its smooth as silk/but when i push button for ac oc heat it gets a little rougher ride. In other words you can feel a difference...
Any ideas????
