Any practical ideas as to what can be done to fix fading paint on wheels ? Seems its fading just like the back of end of my car ( which is silver like the spoked wheels ). Can I use normal duplicator paint like from Autozone then cover it with clear coat ?
Thanx
Gordon

Have you tried a good cleaner wax? or polish than wax?

The car paint I am not worried about, it's waxed monthly. Talking about the Spoked Wheels that are silver like the car. Do they have a different kind of paint ?

Its still paint, I clean/polish and wax my GM wheels twice a year.

Found these #s on another forum.

The factory paint code for the 96CE wheels is DuPont
#C9201 or GM WH9819 and DuPont #1080S for the clear coat. i'm assuming it's the same for zr-1 wheels.
