I have spent the last few days reading and studing the service manual to resolve both an ABS/TCS light that the dealer said needed a replacement brake pressure modulator valve replacement at $2772. I had a DTC of stuck pump motor. I found a bad frame ground in the rear of the vehicle. I also found a bad frame ground causing the absence of dash lights or dim dash lights. I did not want to replace the illumination switch. I spent all of today cleaning the frame grounds at the front and rear of the car. Everything is now functioning like it should. Thanks to all the other forum members for pointing out the issue with the frame grounds. If you are having multiple electrical problems be sure to clean the grounds. My car was a southern car and never exposed to the northern winter conditions, but the ground connections were corroded. Thank you forum members!
