Help! 1999 stock wheel offsets

Hey,

Does anyone know the stock wheel offsets for a 1999 C5. I have scowered the internet and have only found 56mm front and 63mm rear but the sources were not reliable.

Any how, I'm am planning to put on stock C5 sizes (17x8.5 & 18 x 9.5) of the C6 Zo6 wheels from Bobs House of wheels in Deerfield Beach FL. Has any one put these wheels from Bob on their C5 without any issues i.e rubbing handeling?

If I go to 18x 9.5 front and 19x10 rear in the same wheel style as above and the new Michelin PS2 ZP's will I need spacers and new lugs etc?
