2 or 4 Exhaust Tips?

Have settled on the Borla Stingers, so I won't delve into the whole "which type of exhaust" debate. But, I'm torn between the 4 tip look and the 2 tip look. I think 2 looks cleaner, but 4 looks more stock from a distance (which I also like). I don't know if there's any appreciable difference in sound, as I've never heard the 2 setup, just the 4. 2 would surely weigh a little less, and is a couple hundee cheaper... but still I'm not sure. What do y'all think?

Go with four. Corvette's are supposed to have four, they aren't Mustangs. I think the four looks more intimidating and if you go with two, it almost looks like the ricer fart can mufflers. Just my opinion.

I always thought 4 looked better, but here recently I started to really dig the look of the two tips, because nearly EVERYONE has 4. I'm still going to go with 4, just because it looks great, but 2 looks good too.

I went with two because I am cheep and the 4 tips were $100 more on the B&B's I also like the look of the two big tips better.

I put the Corsa with Pro tips on my 04 Commemorative, 4 tips and I think it looks and sounds hot. 4 all the way

I'd also go with 4 tips. IMHO, 4 fill out the space better and simply look better. Especially if they are the larger diameter tips too!!

4 vs 2

GO WITH FOUR!!!! Like they said above, its not a Mustang or a ricer......remember, Ferrari's have four...........OK, most of them anyway.....

Sounds like 4 is the general consnesus. Just for the sake of argument, does anybody have the 2 tip setup, or know someone who does? Does it sound any different?

I have the two tip B&B's which are generally considered to be the loudest of the C5 exhaust setup

not really a good picture but the only one I have :L

I have the two tip Borlas.

Mind you, those are big ports on the exhause for mine (I'll post a pic when I get home from work tonight.) Very nice, healthy, throaty exhaust note with the two tips. I get a lot of compliments on it, and more than a few nasty looks from blue-haired grandmotherly types who think I'm some sort of hoodlum.

Here are some pictures of the Borla on my Z06.

While it's true that having only two exhaust tips doesn't fill up the back quite as much, trust me when I tell you these deliver a nice growl.
