The CTS V2 has a similar bulletin and I hear a clicking noise from the front on my 2011 V Wagon when I leave my driveway.
I've accepted it as a badge of V ownership and not worry about it. It's pretty random anyway - at least on my V.
What surprises me is that GM hasn't found a 'fix' for this yet.
