It has also been observed that the clicking can be caused by more than neg. 2 degrees camber (for track) and, in some cases, by the A arm bushings. I have one friend that found the leaf spring was chaffing on the lower A arm. He found a 'witness' mark from the rub and gently smoothed it with a file to eliminate the 'creaking'.
