Question: 2014 Corvette Stingray 1YX07/1YX67&AE4&FE4&Z51

Hi,

This is a wonderful web site.
Have one question.

Has anyone spent time driving 2014 Corvette Stingray Coupe or Convertible with RPOZ51&FE4&Competition Sport Bucket Seats (RPOAE4).
Would these seats (RPOAE4) be the choice over RPOAQ9 (GT Bucket Seats) for long weekend cruises?

HI there,

For long cruises, in excess of a few hours, I would so NO to the competition seats. They are really racetrack seats and are not as comfy as the base seats for long driving.

The Competition Sport Bucket Seats (RPOAE4) are also harder to get in and out of for me.

Comfort is the not the prime design criteria of any true competition bucket. Even GM does not recommend them for long distance driving. But they sure look cool.
