So, I finally got my wheels. I went with ARE Torqlites after looking through a lot of alternatives.

I had narrowed the field to a couple of choices- Torqlites, 17" Wheel Vintiques, and SLP hyperblack wheels (they look like ZR-1 wheels). I wrapped them in 255/50/17s so they'd be the same diameter as the OEM 255/60/15s.

Somewhere through the years, a nine leaf spring was installed. It is using the stock spring bolts and so its its wayyyyyy too high in the back. I've got a kit with longer bolts and poly bushings to install... when I get the time to do it, I'm ready.

Very nice....
Makes me miss my first Vette (1981).....

They look real nice on there, something different for a change then tt2's.
